I teach yoga to diverse audiences through personalised one-to-one sessions, group practices, retreats and corporate events. In the corporate world, I also work as a Mindfulness Consultant for a multinational healthcare company, bringing the wisdom of this ancient tradition into modern life through practical techniques and transformative tools. My training includes certifications in meditation, chakras, prāṇāyāma, mudrā, yoganidra, and other traditional yogic practices. I believe that yoga, when embraced as a practical philosophy of life, offers each of us a path towards deeper self-knowledge and greater awareness. Through its practices and teachings, we can reconnect with our inner potential, cultivate a more conscious relationship with ourselves and others, and ultimately live with greater presence, purpose, and harmony. My intention is to make these ancient teachings accessible and relevant to contemporary life, empowering each person to discover and embody their fullest expression of self.
