Devy Lheritier
Devy Lhéritier teaches Hatha yoga in Lisbon. She discovered the practice in Hong Kong in 2012 and trained with Indian masters, notably Sudevi Sundari and Yogananth Andiappan. Yoga Alliance certified, she teaches a flowing, accessible Hatha with a restorative edge: sequences that combine tone and deep relaxation. Breath gets as much attention as poses. She also teaches meditation, prenatal and Yin Yoga.
