My name is Pauline Bellocq, I am a certified Yoga & Meditation instructor based in Lisbon. After 12 years leading teams and driving performance in high-growth corporate environments in New York and Los Angeles, I moved to Portugal with my family in 2023 and changed everything in pursuit of a slower, more soulful and more aligned lifestyle. In addition to classes, events and transformational retreats for individuals, I create workplace wellness sessions for organizations to improve posture, reduce stress and foster a healthier team culture.
