Move mindfully, breathe deeper and leave feeling grounded. In this 60 minute dynamic-vinyasa class we will use the body - opening up tight hips and relaxing shoulders - to quiet a busy mind. Sofia guides you step by step and offers options for every level, so first timers and regular practitioners feel equally at home.
The class ends with a guided relaxation to help you reset and carry that calm into the rest of your day.
